Shipping & Refund Policy

All the pieces are made to order and may take 3 to 10 days to be delivered.

We do exchange the items in case of any issue or dissatisfaction within 10 business days after the shipping is completed. Therefore after receiving your package if you find any issue you may report it via email or phone call, and can ship it back within 10 Business days.

Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid. Please contact us for the return address.

You will be responsible for the shipping cost. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and will inform you when your return is approved.
